Epic Games and Sony have teamed up to offer an exclusive tournament to PS4 and PS5 players: the Generations Cup.

PlayStation Fortnite players will soon be able to compete in an exclusive tournament for a chance to win a new console and a free Fortnite skin pack.

The Fortnite Generations Cup will take place on December 18. This Solo tournament awards each region’s winner a new PlayStation 5 console. Placing in the top percentile will also grant you an exclusive Indigo Kuno skin and Back Bling.

The point format of the tournament is as follows:

  • Victory Royale: 10 Points
  • 2nd – 5th: 7 Points
  • 6th – 15th: 5 Points
  • 16th – 25th: 3 Points
  • 25th – 50th: 1 Point
  • Each Elimination: 1 Point

Again, only the winners will get a new PS5, so you’ll need to come in first place if you want to get a new console.

The good news is that there’s a huge opportunity to win a free skin. Placing in the top 2,400 in Europe – a relatively low bar to clear – will give you the Indigo Kuno skin pack.

Here are the placement thresholds for each region:

Europe

  • 1st: PlayStation® 5 console
  • 1st – 2,400th:  “Indigo Kuno” In-game Cosmetic Outfit and Back Bling

NA East

  • 1st: PlayStation® 5 console
  • 1st – 1,500th: “Indigo Kuno” In-game Cosmetic Outfit and Back Bling

NA West

  • 1st: PlayStation® 5 console
  • 1st – 600th: “Indigo Kuno” In-game Cosmetic Outfit and Back Bling

Brazil

  • 1st: PlayStation® 5 console
  • 1st – 600th: “Indigo Kuno” In-game Cosmetic Outfit and Back Bling

Asia

  • 1st: PlayStation® 5 console
  • 1st – 300th:  “Indigo Kuno” In-game Cosmetic Outfit and Back Bling

Oceania

  • 1st: PlayStation® 5 console
  • 1st – 300th: “Indigo Kuno” In-game Cosmetic Outfit and Back Bling

Middle East

  • 1st: PlayStation® 5 console
  • 1st – 300th: “Indigo Kuno” In-game Cosmetic Outfit and Back Bling

PlayStation players can also grab the free Cloud Striker skin bundle from the shop, now – no strings attached.

Hopefully, PlayStation players aren’t the only ones that will receive an exclusive tournament with a chance to win a new console. We’ll let you know if they offer the same opportunity to the Xbox community.

Leak

The Fortnite Marvel crossover hasn’t ended, with new leaks revealing Captain Marvel, Black Panther, and more skins coming in Season 5.

The Marvel crossovers haven’t ended yet, as more Fortnite skins were leaked in the v15.10 update.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 was entirely dedicated to superheroes, just as it was in Chapter 1. The only difference was that this time, we got official superheroes from Marvel.

When we defeated Galactus and moved into Season 5, most players assumed that the crossover had ended – at least, for now.

In the first patch of Season 5, however, data miners found skins for Captain Marvel, Black Panther, and Taskmaster. These will, reportedly, be a part of the “Marvel: Royalty & Warriors Pack.”

Most Marvel fans were surprised that one of the most popular characters in the MCU, Black Panther, didn’t get his own skin in Fortnite Season 4 – especially after the untimely death of Chadwick Boseman. Season 5 is better late than never for both Black Panther and Captain Marvel.

According to another leak from Hypex, we could see a Black Panther NPC come to the game, along with a “Wakanda Forever” emote.

Black Panther has an NPC tag so its possibly gonna be an NPC if its not scrapped! (maybe a skin too idk)

Going into Season 5, the signs from official sources led us to believe that we hadn’t seen the last of the Fortnite X Marvel crossover. We expect to see more skins, emotes, and even NPCs come to the game before Season 5 ends.

Fortnite leaked skins v15.10

Epic Games have rolled out Fortnite Season 5’s v15.10 update, meaning data miners have been sniffing around for new skins and cosmetics in the game files. As usual, they struck gold.

It’s been a weekly thing for some time now – an update drops, leaked skins are revealed, and then we can all see what’s coming up in the battle royale title.

For Season 5 we’ve seen a great variety in skins, too. The Mandalorian has taken much of the spotlight, along with the Baby Yoda Back Bling, but now it’s time to welcome in the Holiday season.

Here’s all of the leaked skins and cosmetics from this week.

Fortnite v15.10 leaked skins and cometics

Skins

The first batch, found by HYPEX and ShiinaBR, all appear to have an icy theme connecting them. With not long until Christmas and the beginning of Season 5’s Operation Snowdown event, we will likely see these in-game shortly.

That’s not all, though. There will be a Frosty Legends pack coming to Fortnite, which is set to look like this:

Finally, on the skins front at least, it looks like a user’s concept has been added to the Fortnite game files.

Designed by user D3NNI, and added to the game with the v15.10 update – a nice story.

Cosmetics

As seen below from iFireMonkey, a load of new cosmetics have been added as well.

It’s too early to say if all of these will end up being part of the Operation Snowdown event in-game, though some of them definitely will be in the form of rewards.

That’s all for this week! Do you have your eye on any of these new skins?
