Fortnite-Season-6-Exotic-Weapon-Locations

Fortnite Season 6 marked the return of Exotic weapons to Fortnite. Not all of the Season 6 weapons are there, however, and they’ve moved locations.

There’s no shortage of new mechanics in Fortnite Season c, with the addition of crafting, the map changes, and a whole lot more.

Mythics have returned to the game in Season 6 but in a limited capacity. The only classic Mythic items in Fortnite Season 5 include the Spire Jumpboots and the Spire Assassin’s Primal Shotgun.

What’s more, Epic added craftable items to the game that allow players to create unique weapons out of existing parts. For instance, a Mechanical Bow and two Shockwave Grenades make the Shockwave Bow – a massive upgrade from both weapons.

Fortnite Season 6 Exotic weapon locations

Exotic weapons have returned to Fortnite Season 6, but not as many as we had in Season 5. These will be supplementary items rather than the focus of the season, which appears to be on the new crafting mechanic.

Many of the NPCs who sold these items in Season 5 have also either moved locations or don’t sell them anymore, so a new guide is needed. Here’s a map of all of the Season 6 Exotic weapon locations.

Fortnite Season 6 All Exotic Weapon Locations

As you can see, there are seven Exotic weapons and items currently available in Fortnite Season 6. These are the:

  • Hop Rock Dualies: sold by Gutbomb in Logjam Woodworks
  • Chug Cannon: sold by Slurp Jonesy in Slurpy Swamp
  • Shadow Tracker Pistol: sold by Power Chord in Dance Club Cabin
  • Dub Shotgun: sold by Burnout south of Steamy Stacks
  • Grappler Bow: sold by Lara Croft in Stealthy Stronghold
  • Unstable Bow: sold by Rebirth Raven northwest of Sweaty Sands
  • Raz’s Mythic Explosive Bow: dropped after eliminating Raz at The Spire

The good news is that, unlike last season, all of the NPCs that sell Exotics only spawn in one location – at least, so far.

We’ll keep this post updated as Epic add more Exotics to Fortnite Season 6. We expect to see them takes things further as the season goes on, so stay tuned to more news on Exotic weapons.

Fortnite Season 6 Raptor spawn locations

Fortnite Season 6’s wildlife adds more life to The Island than ever before, but it also makes The Island more dangerous. Here are all of the Raptor spawn locations in Fortnite.

One of the major changes made at the beginning of Fortnite Season 6 was the addition of wild animals. Chickens, boars, and wolves freely roam the island for players to tame or hunt. Hunting these animals will supply players with crafting materials, but taming them allows them to fight alongside the player in battle.

It wasn’t until a couple of weeks into Fortnite Season 6 that Epic Games added Raptors. These hostile creatures are more ferocious than wolves or boars, and they can also be ridden.

Every Raptor spawn location

Raptors spawn in packs of two or more, so players will want to be cautious when going on the hunt. They are able to deal 200 damage to structures and 25 damage to players. If two or more Raptors surround a player it would be easy for them to shred through their health.

There are a lot of places where Raptors can spawn, but that doesn’t mean they always will. Similar to chests and floor loot, Raptors only have a chance to spawn at each location. Regardless, the map below shows every possible Raptor spawn location.

When eliminated Raptors drop four animal bones and two pieces of meat. This makes them the best source for materials to craft Primal weapons. However, it does take a bit longer to take down a pack of Raptors than a pack of wolves.

In order to tame Raptors, players will need to first have a few pieces of meat in their inventory. If the meat is tossed in the direction of the Raptor they will stop to eat it. While a Raptor is eating, the player needs to sneak up to it and press the action button/key to tame it.

Players will also need to hunt down Raptors for weekly challenges and the lengthy Spire quests. Luckily, if Raptors don’t spawn at one location, the next Raptor spawn location isn’t far away.

Fortnite Raz Glyph Master Skin Variant

Fortnite Season 6’s Battle Pass introduces Raz, a student of The Spire, but his default style isn’t very cool. Here’s how players can unlock Raz’s Glyph Master variant.

Raz is one of the seven Battle Pass characters for Fortnite Season 6, and he was featured quite a bit in the season trailer. However, his cool purple glowing variant was what caught players’ eyes.

Despite being teased in the trailer, there was no way for players to unlock this additional style. That is until week 7 of Season 6 when patch v16.30 added the final Spire quests. These last few quests finally allow players to unlock Raz’s Glyph Master variant.

Unlocking Raz’s Glyph Master variant

In order to unlock Raz’s Glyph Master variant players will need to complete all of the Spire quests. This is a lengthy questline that has players talking to NPCs, interacting with different objects, and eliminating some animals and characters. Here is a list of all the Spire quests in order.

    • These items are dropped by wild animals once eliminated

  • Don the disguise and strike three resonant crystals at The Spire
    • The Spire Assassin disguise and crystals are found at The Spire

    • Found at the top of any Guardian Outpost

  • Duel Jonesy the First (Pleasant Park
  • Gather information on Raz
    • This can be done at a number of locations, but it’s easiest to return to Tarana at Boney Burbs
  • Complete five Uncommon or rarer quests (again)
  • Defeat Glyph Master Raz and collect the Spire Artifact (The Spire)
    • Raz is now in his corrupted form and appears as a mini-boss at The Spire. Defeat him and collect the Spire Artifact he drops.
